SQUASH CASSEROLE 
8 to 10 squares
1 can Rotall chopped chilies and tomatoes
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Italian croutons
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook squash, add chilies and tomatoes. Combine in dish with cheese. Top with croutons and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
