FRENCH TOAST 
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
6 slices white bread
Powdered sugar or pancake syrup

Beat together eggs, milk and vanilla in a small bowl; set aside. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Dip bread 1 slice at a time, into egg mixture. Cook 2-3 pieces at a time in the skillet; do not over crowd. Cook about 3-4 minutes on each side or until brown. Serve with powdered sugar or pancake syrup.
