2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. shortening
1/3 c. Nestle Strawberry Quick
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cream together shortening, Strawberry Quick and sugar. Add egg and lemon juice, beat until well blended. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Roll out dough to 1/8 inch thickness on floured board. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees F. 8-10 minutes.
