4 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped dates
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 1/2 c. rice cereal
Red sugar
Green leaves

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Combine sugar, dates, salt and eggs in bowl and add to skillet. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens (10-15 minutes). Remove from heat and add cereal, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Shape small portions into strawberry shapes and roll in red sugar. Shape green frosting in leaves and add.
