STRAWBERRY CREAM COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
2 1/2 c. flour
Strawberry jam

NOTE: Have all ingredients at room temperature.

Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese. Add vanilla and egg yolk; mix. Add flour; blend. Chill dough. Shape into 1" balls. Using floured thimble, press hole in center of each cookie; fill with 1/4 teaspoon jam. Bake on ungreased sheet at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yield: 5 dozen.
