CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 lg. egg or 2 sm.
1/4 c. mayonnaise
butter, butter, or oil for frying
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard

Clean crabmeat. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, eggs, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly. If too dry, add more mayonnaise. Shape into cakes and fry in just enough fat to prevent sticking until browned, about 5 minutes on each side. Brush with butter and lemon. Broil on each side until golden brown.
