SUSAN'S SHEATH CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, including juice 1/2 c. oil 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt Put all ingredients together and beat well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until done. Frost with an almond flavored buttercream frosting. May be topped with coconut and (or) chopped pecans. |
