SWEDISH PANCAKES 
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
Pinch of nutmeg

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix flour, eggs, milk and nutmeg; leave lumpy. Melt butter in a large oven proof frying pan until bubbly. Pour in batter. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with jam. This fast and easy recipe is great for breakfast or brunch. Serves 2.
