PLATTER (SWEDISH PANCAKES) 
3 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. light cream
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat eggs with some cream. Mix sugar and salt with flour and add alternately with rest of cream. Mix well and let stand at least 15 minutes. Heat skillet, grease bottom lightly with butter. Pour batter thinly over bottom. Decrease heat lightly. Turn pancake over as soon as it is lightly brown underneath. Brown on other side and remove from skillet. Repeat. (It is usually not necessary to grease skillet more than the first time.)
