MICROWAVE VEGETABLE PLATTER 
Cauliflower
broccoli
Car rots
Zucchini
Yellow squash
Tomatoes

Cut. Arrange vegetables in a 9 or 10 inch pie dish, with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots on edges with zucchini and squash in center. Cover with saran wrap and microwave for 9 to 11 minutes. Uncover and sauce.

SAUCE:

1/4 tsp. poppy seeds
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 c. butter

Microwave sauce for 1 minute on high. Pour sauce over vegetables and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Add quartered tomatoes and microwave for 1 minute more.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
