RICE DRESSING CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. lean ground pork
1 c. chicken gizzards, liver and heart giblets
1 c. raw rice
1 c. onion soup with beef stock
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. green onion tops, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

In heavy pot, brown ground pork with vegetables; drain excess oil, if any.

In seasoned water, boil giblets until tender and grind very fine.

In deep casserole dish combine pork, vegetables, giblets, rice and soups. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 2 hours.
