WILD RICE CASSEROLE (DRESSING) | |
1 1/2 c. wild rice 2 cans chicken broth (or 1 can beef & 1 can chicken) 1 c. diced celery 1 lb. ground beef 1 c. minced onions 1 lb. pork sausage Soak wild rice overnight; drain and rinse well and combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours covered in 13 x 9 inch pan. |
