CHICKEN AND DRESSING CASSEROLE 
1 whole frying chicken, cooked or 3 chicken breasts, cut up into bite size pieces
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/4 lb. butter
2 med. onions, chopped fine
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Simmer celery and onion in melted butter. Add stuffing mix and any other seasonings that you prefer. Moisten with 1/2 cup chicken broth. Starting with chicken, alternate with dressing in casserole. Mix soup and milk and pour over top of casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
