GREEN BEANS WITH DILL 
1 lb. green beans, trimmed
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. snipped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dill weed

Steam beans in steamer (1 1/2 cups water). Reduce heat to low and cook until slightly tender, 3-4 minutes. Rinse under cold water; drain. In large saucepan heat oil to over moderate heat. Add garlic; add beans to pan and toss 2-3 minutes until heated through. Add remaining ingredients and toss again. Serves 4.
