DILLED GREEN BEANS | |
1 lb. fresh green beans, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces 1/2 c. thinly sliced onions 2 tbsp. unsalted butter 2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 3/4 tsp. dried 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. grated lemon Cook green beans and onions in boiling, unsalted water until beans are tender- crisp. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer about 2 minutes. |
