STEVE'S SAUSAGE RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. mild sausage (bulk)
2 (5 oz. ea.) bags boil-in-bag white rice (Success)
1 green bell pepper
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans cream of mushroom soup

Clean pepper and cut into 3/4-inch pieces. Add sliced pepper to sausage and brown sausage in skillet. Prepare rice as instructed on package.

When above steps are done combine drained rice and sausage and peppers. Add both cans of cream of mushroom soup and mix together. Put in baking dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
