| ROAST BEEF DINNER | |

1 (2 1/2 lb.) roast 1 box onion soup mix 4 potatoes Foil wrap 1. Wash beef and sprinkle onion soup mix all over the roast. 2. Peel and cut potatoes in halves and place around the roast. 3. Place foil in a baking dish. Put the roast on top of the foil. Wrap the foil around potatoes. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. | |
