CHEESY FRENCH BREAD 
1 loaf French bread; cut diagonally 2 ways, but not through crust
10 oz. grated Swiss cheese
2 sticks marg.
1 tbsp. seasoning, (e.g., Mrs. Dash)
1 tbsp. dry or fresh onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Juice of one lemon or 2 or 3 tbsp. lemon juice

Put 1/2 of the cheese in the slots cut into the loaf. Set aside remaining cheese. Mix all other ingredients together and butter the loaf. Melt the remaining butter mixture and drizzle over loaf. Spread remaining cheese on top and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Refrigerate at least 24 hours or freeze. Bake 5 to 10 minutes in 350 to 375 degree oven until warm and cheese melts.
