RHUBARB FREEZER JAM 
5 c. rhubarb, cut
4 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple & its juice

Mix in 4 quart saucepan, heat to boil. Cook 20 minutes (within 5 minutes, skim off foam). Cool. Put into containers. Freeze.
