1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. vinegar (apple cider)
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tbsp. ginger
1/2 c. salad oil

Marinade flank steak overnight. It helps to use a tenderizer also.
