1 egg (beaten with fork)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. apples, chopped
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Stir all ingredients together and pour into a pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
