STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. diced apple
1 c. chicken with rice soup
6 pork loin chops, butterflied

Combine all ingredients except chops in bowl; mix well. Stuff chops with mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
