CHOCOLATE NUT SAUCE 
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. pecan pieces
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In small pan over low heat, melt butter. Saute pecans until lightly browned. Remove from heat, stir in sugar, cocoa, and salt. Add light cream. Blend well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture just boils. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Serve on ice cream balls.
