SWISS & GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
STEP 1:

2 tbsp. butter, melted

STEP 2:

2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. minced onions

Add to step 1.

STEP 3:

1 tsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream

Mix together and add to step 2. Mix well. Add 4 cups French-style green beans. Top with 2 cups grated Swiss cheese. Top that with fine bread crumbs with 2 tablespoons butter added. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
