LEMON-POPPY SEED CAKE | |
1 pkg. lemon cake mix (the one that you add oil and eggs) 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding 1 c. water 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs 4 tbsp. poppy seeds Mix together and beat 5 minutes. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow cake to cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing from pan. When cool, drizzle with a glaze made from 2 cups powdered sugar and enough lemon juice to make the right spreading consistency. |
