LEMON-POPPY SEED CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 8 oz. plain yogurt or sour cream 3 lg. eggs 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 tbsp. poppy seeds 1 tsp. lemon peel Combine all ingredients. Blend at low speed; beat on high 2 minutes or more. Bundt pan greased and floured, 350 degrees, 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan 25 minutes. TOPPING: 1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar 2 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. lemon peel Pinch salt Combine; beat until smooth. Bkkp. |
