LEMON - POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
3 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Confectioners' sugar for top

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 inch (10 cup) tube pan or bundt pan. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Blend at low to mix, then mix at high speed 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto wire rack and cool completely. Sprinkle confectioners' sugar on top.
