LEMON POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
2 eggs
3 tbsp. poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 cup bundt pan. To cake mix add eggs, water and poppy seeds. Mix and bake as directed on box. Cool.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
3 to 4 tsp. lemon juice

Combine sugar and juice. Stir until well blended. Drizzle over top of cake. 16 servings.
