BAKED BROCCOLI | |
10 oz. broccoli spears 4 hard-boiled eggs 3/4 c. milk 4 oz. cream cheese 1/4 tsp. salt Pimento strips 1/3 c. cracker crumbs Melt cream cheese in milk over low heat. Steam broccoli standing in 1 inch of water; drain. Pour half of cheese sauce in 8-inch oiled baking dish. Lay the broccoli in cheese sauce placing egg halves in between. Season. Add remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and top with pimento. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4. |
