BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
5 c. blueberries
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. flour
8 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt

Mix ingredients well. Spread 3 tablespoons butter in bottom of pie shell (uncooked). Add blueberry mixture. Dab 2 tablespoons butter over berry mixture. Cover with top pastry. Use rest of butter on top of pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serves 12.

PASTRY:

3 c. plain flour
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water

Thoroughly blend dry ingredients with shortening. Add water and mix well. Roll out on lightly floured board to about 1/8 inch in thickness. Note: This makes pie for about 8 x 15 inch pan.
