CHEESE NOODLE BAKE | |
2 c. mdm. pa. Dutch noodles 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 c. milk 1 can cheddar cheese soup Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain and rinse noodles in cold water; set aside. In a skillet cook onion in butter over medium heat until tender. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add noodles, cream of mushroom soup and milk. Spoon mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole dish and add cheddar cheese soup; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot and bubbly. |
