EASY LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (48 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 (24 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. (4 c.) grated mozzarella cheese

In a large skillet brown meat; add spaghetti sauce and heat. In small bowl combine cottage cheese and eggs. Spoon 1/3 of the meat mixture into bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with double layer of uncooked noodles (8-10) depending on shape of dish. Spoon on half of the cottage cheese mixture and cover with 1/3 of meat sauce and 2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Repeat with noodles, remaining cheese mixture, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. You may have a few extra noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes checking to see if noodles are fork tender.

A 32 ounce jar of spaghetti sauce can be substituted if you prefer a less juicy lasagna.
