MEXICAN TACO DIP 
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
Lettuce
Tomatoes

Mix and set aside.

Brown beef; drain. Add refried beans, tomato sauce, seasonings. onions and green peppers; simmer. Spread meat mixture in 13"x9" baking dish. Spread sour cream mixture on meat. Sprinkle cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes on top. Also sprinkle with chili powder. Heat until cheese is melted.
