PINEAPPLE RICE RING 
2 1/2 c. cooked rice, hot (long grain, brown)
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 can pineapple chunks (unsweetened) 8 oz.
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. white raisins
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste
1 tsp. chicken type seasoning

Saute peppers and onion in butter. Combine cut up pineapple chunks, seeds, raisins, soy sauce and seasonings. Add to rice mixture with honey. press into 1 quart mold which has been evenly greased with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. To unmold run knife around edge and turn onto plate. Fill center with cooked green peas, garnish with parsley.
