HAM BALLS ON PINEAPPLE RINGS 
2 lbs. ground ham
1 1/2 to 2 c. cracker crumbs
1 sm. onion
Pepper
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. milk

Mix ingredients together. Shape into balls and place on pineapple rings. Bake 1/2 hour. Top with sweet and sour sauce.

1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar

Heat to a boil and pour over meat balls. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
