EGG AND PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE
SERVED WITH HAM
 
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can regular size chunk pineapple (drain)
5 or 6 slices of bread (break up)

Cream butter and sugar, add well beaten eggs. Stir in pineapple chunks. Stir pieces of bread thoroughly into mixture.

Butter 1 1/2 quart casserole, put mixture in casserole and bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 degrees. You may drink juice from pineapple.
