SERVE AND SAVE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Miracle Whip Light
1 c. chicken stock
1 lg. pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
7 whole chicken beasts

Mix 1-pound package seasoned stuffing mix as directed, except substitute chicken stock for water; set aside. Break chicken into small pieces and place in greased pans (one 13x9-inch pan plus one 8x8-inch pan, or three 8x8-inch pans).

Mix sauce ingredients with whisk and pour over chicken. Prepare stuffing and layer over the sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, bake 15 minutes longer.
