MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix ingredients together. Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar

Beat until fluffy.
