MAPLE WALNUT COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
3 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. baking soda
2 c. chopped roasted walnuts

WET INGREDIENTS:

3/4 c. corn oil
3/4 c. maple syrup
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 c. water (add at the end)

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes. Makes 2-3 dozen.
