MICROWAVE CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2/3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up, breast split lengthwise

Mix cracker crumbs, cheese, garlic salt. Brush chicken with butter and roll in crumbs. Place chicken, bone side down, on a microwave baking dish, meatiest portions towards outside of dish. Micro-cook on high 10 minutes. Rotate 1/2 turn. Cook 4 to 10 minutes longer or until chicken is tender. 4-6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
