ITALIAN CHICKEN (Microwave) 
1 chicken (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.), cut up, skin removed
1 can (10 oz.) condensed tomato soup
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces, drained
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In lightly greased 12x8x2 inch dish arrange chicken with meatiest pieces to the outside edges of dish.

In mixing bowl stir together tomato soup, tomato paste, onion salt, garlic salt, oregano and mushrooms. Generously spoon sauce over chicken. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at High 20 to 22 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 10 minutes.

Sprinkle cheese over chicken. Microwave at High 2 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted. Let stand about 5 minutes before serving. Makes about 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
