MEREDITH'S BEST PASTA SALAD 
Outstanding flavor!

1 (16 oz. ea.) pkg. spiral pasta
2 carrots, grated
1 onion, diced fine
1 large green pepper, diced fine
1 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups mayonnaise
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
salt, to taste

Note: Add any meat you like (cubed boneless ham is best!)

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and allow to cool.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate, covered, for 24 hours before serving.
