LEMON DELIGHT 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
8 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. container Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 reg. size pkg. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk
9 oz. container Cool Whip
English walnuts, chopped

Mix 3/4 cup butter and flour. Pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Thoroughly mix cream cheese, 9 oz. Cool Whip and powdered sugar with electric mixer. Spread on base layer and chill one hour.

At slow speed mix lemon pudding and milk until thick. Spread on first layer and chill.

For the topping spread first layer with 9 oz. Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
