1 c. flour
1 stick butter

Mix and pat into 9x13 inch dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes; cool. 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip

Mix and spread on crust. 1 lg. instant vanilla pudding 4 1/2 c. milk

Mix. Pour over cream cheese mixture, top with Cool Whip and nuts or chocolate shavings. Serves 9.
