ITALIAN MEATBALLS WITH SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. chuck
1 1/2 lbs. pork
Dash garlic
6 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Salt and pepper
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. Progresso bread crumbs
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk

Have chuck and pork ground together or mix well together. Beat eggs separately; set aside.

Mix meat with all other ingredients, then add beaten eggs. Roll into balls. Coat with additional bread crumbs. Brown in olive oil in frying pan. Drain grease. Add to sauce. Cook through thoroughly.

SAUCE:

1 (35 oz.) can Progresso imported peeled tomatoes
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

Simmer together.
