ZUCCHINI JELLY 
5 c. shredded zucchini
20 oz. crushed pineapple
4 c. sugar
6 oz. box of Jello

Cook for 20 minutes while stirring. Take off and cool. Add strawberry or cherry jello right out of the box. Pour into scalded jars and seal with wax.
