ZUCCHINI JELLY 
6 c. grated zucchini (peel & take out seeds)
6 c. sugar

Boil 20 minutes or until looks clear. Add 1/2 cup lemon juice and 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained). Boil 5 minutes more. Take from heat and add 1 (6 ounce) box Jello, any flavor. Stir well to dissolve Jello. Put in hot, clean jars and seal.
