ZUCCHINI JELLY 
6 c. grated zucchini
6 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. crushed pineapple, juice & all
1 box (6 oz.) orange Jello

Combine all ingredients except Jello. Cook 10 minutes, keep stirring. Take off stove and stir in Jello, then cool and put in jars, refrigerate.
