ZUCCHINI JELLY 
6 c. peeled and grated zucchini
6 c. sugar
20 oz. canned crushed pineapple
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
6 oz. apricot Jello

Cook the first 5 ingredients until clear, about 25 minutes on medium heat. Add Sure-Jell and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add Jello. Put in hot sterilized jars.
