CASSEROLE FOR THE CROWD 
3 lbs. ground beef, brown and add:
2 c. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 (12 oz.) cans corn
6 c. cooked noodles (or use 1 lb. dry noodles)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Pimento
2 c. buttered crumbs, sprinkled on top

Brown ground beef and add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle 2 cups buttered crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. Serves 15 to 20. (2 1/2 times recipe for 50 with seconds.)
